Last night my daughter and I made our first gingerbread house, ok so it was a kit and was not done homemade but for $9.99, it saved me much stress of baking it just right !  I actually can not believe it didn't collapse on us !  Tomorrow is going to be a LONG day, we have a Ravens game during the day and we tailgate every game then we go straight to my mother-in-laws for our annual Christmas eve party.  We will be on the go from 8am til 11 or so tomorrow night only to come home and do our santa thing but then we get to pretty much do nothing on Christmas day.  We will have a big breakfast open gifts then just relax for the rest of the day, sounds good to me after all the running we have been doing the past couple weeks !

Christmas spirit...

Trying desperately to find my Christmas spirit, so from today until Christmas my radio station will be parked on the all Christmas music station.  How can you not get into the holiday spirit listening to Gene Autry, right?  Tomorrow I have to make a trip to Walmart, which is sure to strip any spirit I have brewing.. that store is pure evil, every time I walk in that store I loose years off my life. Heaven help me! toodles xoxoxo

Oh Christmas tree...

This is our Baltimore Ravens Christmas tree (after Sunday's loss the family is lucky it is still standing though!).  I love taking pictures of our tree every year ! Didn't get out shopping today, I have no idea what I am waiting for, so I guess I will be out last minute shopping with all the crazy people later this week. My daughter and I still have to make our gingerbread house also, I will post pictures of that adventure for sure ! And our elf still has no name as of yet, suggestions??? toodles !

My first post !

Just a picture of our elf ( which we have not named yet, I will put that on my list) I have to confess, I just bought him, my kids are all teenagers but I felt I was missing out on all the "elf" fun.  So he really is just for my entertainment and photo ops ! I am thinking he might not get packed away after Christmas, maybe he will just travel around with me all year and just get his picture taken everywhere I go, hmmm?
